Atomix columns for the most challenging chromatographic separation applications
ChimMed is a diversified holding company and a leading supplier of chemical reagents and laboratory equipment. It has been actively developing technologies to replace imported products in recent years. This autumn at the exhibition, the company will showcase its Atomix columns designed for chromatographic separation.
Atomix columns for chromatographic separation (HPLC and HPLC-MS), manufactured by ChimMed, offer a reliable solution for both routine laboratory analysis and experimental research or method development.
Atomix columns are fully compatible with liquid chromatography systems from various manufacturers, facilitating their integration into existing laboratory workflows.
Atomix sorbents and columns are manufactured in Russia at a ChimMed manufacturing facility.
The sorbent consists of spherical silica gel particles chemically bonded with octadecyl groups (C18) and featuring double end-capping.
To date, the company has launched the production of 150 × 4.6 mm and 250 × 4.6 mm columns packed with 5 µm C18 sorbent. In 2026, columns with 3 µm particles will be introduced to the market, available in 15 cm and 25 cm lengths.
Each column is supplied with a quality certificate specifying the chromatogram, the reference mixture composition, detection parameters, and key parameters derived from the reference chromatogram.
In the near future, the company plans to launch the production of smaller particle size columns for mass spectrometry, alongside as well as columns with other stationary phases, including octyl (C8) and aminopropyl groups with a 5 µm particle diameter.
