Career Laboratory invites future chemists

The Career Laboratory guidance session took place within the conference programme of Khimia 2025. The event was organised by the Centre for Advanced Training and Retraining of Qualified Personnel in the field of New Materials and Chemistry at Tomsk State University with the support of the Russian Chemists Union.

The session has become a launching pad for those who seek to build a career in the Russian chemical industry and high-tech manufacturing.

Applicants had every opportunity to participate in real-time interviews with employers, receive advice on career paths, dual training, internships and corporate programmes from leading companies, meet with young professionals and recognizable industry representatives, and receive practical recommendations on the development of competencies in demand at the industry’s enterprises today.

Schoolchildren, university applicants, students, and young professionals, as well as their parents, took part in the Career Laboratory.
