28th International Exhibition for the Chemical Industry and Science

Khimia is one the oldest projects of EXPOCENTRE. It was first held in 1965. It means that the show is celebrating its 60th anniversary in 2025. It was Khimia that was the first Russian trade show that received a logo of UFI – the Global Association of the Exhibition Industry in 1975 to recognise its high international status.

Show highlights
Several Russian exhibitors will demonstrate new products:
Pigment (the KRATA brand) is the largest manufacturer in Russia and the CIS of a number of special products such as pigments, dyes, sulfamic acid, gasoline additives, and optical brighteners. The company will present a range of solutions for the paint and polymer industries.
Ruschem will present a wide range of chemical products for a variety of industries.
IMC Group will present advanced solutions and equipment for laboratory analysis and product quality control, including equipment for elemental and isotope analysis, liquid and ion chromatographs, specific surface area and porosity analyzers, and X-ray fluorescence spectrometers.
MILLAB will show premium equipment for research and laboratory tasks, including equipment for chemical analysis, spectrometry, and molecular and elemental analytics.
SBK's product innovations on display will include the Deprovisium 8U viscosity modifier for hydraulic oils, which ensures stable operation of hydraulic systems at extremely low temperatures.
Conference programme
The programme will include
- the Plenary Session on Technological Leadership in the Chemical Industry: Challenges and Accomplishments
- panel discussions on the development of the industry’s infrastructure and digitalization of production
- sessions on the state and prospects of the international market of chemical products
- the General Meeting of the Russian Chemists Union
The Plenary Session on Technological Leadership in the Chemical Industry: Challenges and Accomplishments will be attended by Russian Minister of Industry and Trade Anton Alikhanov.

The Khimia 2025 daily will be published during the event. There will be three issues (two printed and one final digital) covering the key events of the conference programme, innovations, and business discussions.
