Preview of the anniversary edition
Khimia celebrates its 60th anniversary in 2025. Back in 1965, the show was launched in the Sokolniki convention and exhibition complex in Moscow. The following two editions took place in 1974 and 1977. Since then, the event has earned a reputation of the major Russian chemical industry and science exhibition. It was Khimia that was the first Russian exhibition to receive the logo of UFI – the Global Association of the Exhibition Industry in 1975. Since 1982, EXPOCENTRE Fairgrounds at Krasnopresnenskaya embankment hosted the exhibition until the autumn of 2024.
We are writing a new chapter of our history in 2025.
Khimia is relocating!
In the year of its 60th anniversary, Khimia is moving to a new location! We have chosen a new, modern exhibition venue that was built in Moscow at the premises of Timiryazev Academy. It allows us to hold events that are up to top standards both technology and management wise.
Timiryazev Centre hosted its first shows in late 2024.
We have made a short video about Timiryazev Centre to help you learn more about the location, shape and size of the exhibition and conference halls as well as public areas.
Transport accessibility
The convenient location, which is just a 7-minute walk away from the Petrovsko-Razumovskaya metro station, makes Timiryazev Centre a perfect place for a large number of visitors. See it for yourself.
