An Anniversary General Meeting of Members of the Russian Chemists Union was held at Expocentre Fairgrounds

The General Meeting of Members of the Russian Chemists Union was held at Expocentre Fairgrounds in honour of the 25th anniversary of the RCU. The meeting presented a report on the activities of the Union for the period from October 2021 to October 2022. The procedure of admission of new members to the RCU was held and the results of the "5 Stars. Leaders of the Chemical Industry" competition.

Alexey Vyalkin, Director General of EXPOCENTRE AO, congratulated delegates on the 25th anniversary of the Union on behalf of the company. He presented to Victor Ivanov, President of the RCU, a Certificate of Acknowledgment of EXPOCENTRE AO which was awarded to the Russian Chemists Union for the longstanding participation in the organisation of the Khimia exhibition and in connection with the 25th anniversary of the Union.

Alexey Vyalkin also awarded a First Class Badge of Honour of EXPOCENTRE AO to Salavat Aminev, Director General of NIITEKHIM and Vice President of the RCU, for long-term cooperation and assistance to EXPOCENTRE in organisation and holding of the Khimia, Interlakokraska, Tires and Rubber exhibitions.

The Director General presented the Certificate of Merit of EXPOCENTRE AO to Darya Yartseva, Advisor to the RCU President, for her long-term cooperation and assistance to EXPOCENTRE in organising and holding the Moscow International Chemical Forum, and the diploma of EXPOCENTRE AO to the team of Pigment (Tambov) for their long-term support and constant participation in the Khimia and Interlakokraska exhibitions.
