The partners plan to involve interested enterprises in the technological process of product processing. Within the framework of cooperation with the Kazakh partner, the issue of construction in the region of mining and processing plants, a selective beneficiation plant, an industrial complex for output of high-value products based on zircon raw materials is being worked out. It is also planned to build a pigment titanium dioxide production facility in the territory of the Republic of Bashkortostan.
The heads of the enterprises are confident that the developed project of industrial cooperation will create new jobs, lead to the establishment of new industries within the framework of the Customs Union, provide import substitution in key areas of the chemical and paint-and-varnish industry, and increase tax revenues to the budgets of several regions of Kazakhstan and Russia.
