A battery of rated lasers is a specific measuring system where any deviation from standard distribution of individual material deviations (matrix) indicated non-conformance of the chemical composition of the material under consideration. Our method can be compared to measurement of medium temperature or acidity, which identifies materials chemical properties. Raman spectroscopy, UT and IR spectroscopy are closest analogues to the method developed by our company.

- it allows performing control and reducing concentration of harmful substances in solutions and mixtures without any losses in the chemical productivity of the process itself, and at the same time it makes it possible to consider harmful substances emission’ into the environment
- assessment of material or nature of process occurrence may be performed on-line by laser scanning. Laser scanning can be carried out directly in the liquid flow passing through the prism with sensors located at the angle suitable for this process. Data obtained may be directly sent by dispatching operators to the production control panel
