PALLMANN’s presentation of new solutions for treatment of various materials at Khimia 2017
PALLMANN is one of the leading experts in grinding. At the largest exhibition of chemical industry and science Khimia 2017 the company will present solutions for treatment of various materials from coarse to superfine grinding.
The company can offer many solutions, among them is Universal Mill, type PXL, which is the most applicable product of the company.
Due to the unique and wide selection of interchangeable grinding components and due to the numerous possible combinations there are hardly any limits to the field of applications for PALLMANN’s Universal Mill, type PXL 18. It can be found in laboratories, research and development departments as well as in production units.
The PXL 18 mill covers the full range of size reduction from coarse to superfine grinding down to minus 20 microns and product hardness up to 3 according to the Mohs scale. The achievable throughput capacities range from 1 – 200 kg/h depending on the type of product being used and the desired end fineness.
Typical products to be processed are chemicals, pharmaceuticals, foodstuffs, fertilizers, drugs, spices, pigments, milling products, plastics, fodder, minerals, cellulose and wood.
The PXL 18 mill can be equipped with different grinding components to be used for the most versatile processes such as desagglomeration, defiberization, homogenization, coarse-, fine- and superfine pulverizing.
Pilot plant of the type PXL 18 is available in PALLMANN’s research and development center in order to perform test runs for the interested customer.
