Köppern presents roller presses and complex technological solutions
On October 23-26, 2017, Köppern is going to present roller presses and complex technological solutions in the field of compacting-granulation and briquetting of bulk materials for the visitors of the largest exhibition of chemical industry and science in Russia – Khimia 2017.
Köppern – is a family owned company and for 100 years fully dedicated to the design of roller presses and process technology around the roller press.
One major field for the application of roller presses (compactors) is the fertilizer industry.
By compaction a fine grain material is compacted into the so-called flake, a ribbon of defined thickness. The flake is crushed and screened to produce a coarse grain material. The classical application of compacting is production of single-component and complex NPK fertilizers.
