Chemical Engineering Solutions took part in Khimia 2021
From October 25 to 27 our company took part in the major exhibition Khimia 2021.
Despite the difficult epidemiological situation, we decided not to cancel our participation in the exhibition in order to present our solutions for the chemical industry.
There is no substitute for live communication with customers, and we were happy to see great interest in our stand!
At the exhibition we showcased:
1. Evaporation and crystallisation system solutions for producers of various crystalline products (inorganic and organic salts, mineral fertilisers).
These are forced circulation, down-film, instantaneous flash apparatus, internal circulation pipe (DTB) and fluidised bed (Oslo) crystallisers.
We introduced customers to methods for improving the energy efficiency of evaporation and crystallisation systems, such as the construction of multi-case plants, the use of thermal and mechanical vapour recompression.
For processes with low capacities, we have presented solutions based on compact modular units that include all the necessary equipment for the process.
2. Granulation, drying and coating systems based on tumblast machines, fluidised bed machines and paddle dryers for the production of mineral fertilizers and various inorganic compounds in the form of crystals and powders.
In the field of liquid and solution drying, spray dryers with nozzle and disc atomisers were also presented.
3. Heat exchangers for bulk solids from FIC (Italy).
The devices are a more energy-efficient alternative to fluidised bed coolers and can be used for cooling bulk solids after their granulation and drying processes, preventing product deterioration, agglomeration and clumping during filling.
4. Fraccaroli & Balzan's modern FAST model filter presses.
This equipment has a unique design, which allows to significantly reduce the time of all operations and increase the productivity of the filtration line. Also available are standard solutions for all kinds of filtration processes encountered in the chemical industry, based on belt, disc, drum and candle filters.
5. Gas cleaning equipment.
Venturi scrubbers, rotary scrubbers and centrifugal scrubbers are ideal for wet scrubbing systems for dusts and volatile components, both in inorganic production processes (aspiration of drying equipment, granulation towers, etc.) and in the petrochemical industry (cleaning of waste gases from rubber drying).
Our thermal reaction and catalytic cleaning solutions have aroused great interest among our customers. These solutions are optimally suited for the treatment of gases contaminated with volatile organic compounds.
We also spoke about the company's capabilities in creating complete production facilities with technologies based on the processes mentioned above - from audits and feasibility studies to design and turnkey equipment delivery.
