Booth construction at Expocentre Fairgrounds is carried out by Expoconsta, ZAO, Expocentre’s general constructor.

In case booth construction is carried out by an exhibitor independently or with the help of construction companies, you should pass the Technical Control in Expoconsta, ZAO.
If you want to save time and money you can apply to the Project manager and order the schell stand scheme. The types of modular booths can be seen here.

Passes for freight transport to get to the Expocentre Fairgrounds via the Moscow Third Transportation Ring are issued by the Motor Licensing and Inspection Department of the Moscow Traffic Police (KRO GIBDD):

In accordance with the General Terms of Participation in International Fairs and Exhibitions Held by Expocentre, each registered participant of the exhibition has to present data on his activity to be published in the Official Catalogue and Web Catalogue.
The attached application form includes detailed information on technical requirements and placement of submitted materials in the Official Catalogue as well as on paid advertising.
