Operating peculiarities

The mixed ingredients are continuously picked up by external slowly rotating mixing tools, pass through the primary flows in the mixer chamber and are fed into the secondary flows generated by the crusher/cutter drive.

Both flows provide intensive mixing and optimum dispersion. Compared to conventional mixing tools, the heating of the mixture in the MT container mixer chamber is reduced tenfold. The heating of the mixture is reduced to 0.5-1 °C per minute against 5-10 °C per minute for conventional tools and, taking into account the natural heat dissipation, the mixture is completely prevented from heating up.

The use of additional tools, depending on the set tasks for mixing, allows either only mixing or active grinding of the ingredients.
